Implementation of Intranet Scene Preview for Feature Animation
This paper describes the development of an Intranet scene preview capability within Warner Bros. Feature Animation. This capability was developed so all members of the production staff could easily view production material as it was being animated. — The animation production process as it pertains to the preview capabilities is presented and the organization of the server is reviewed. A discussion of HTML along with the structure and function of the custom software developed is given. Performance and enhancements of QuickTime downloading and playback is also discussed.
