A Study of the Most Suitable Level and Width of DTL-Signals for CCD Camera

CCD devices are gradually gaining the popularity in the field of image pickup devices for TV broadcasting video camera. When CCD is used, resolution becomes different from tube camera. This paper describes how to determine the most suitable DTL in case of CCD camera by evaluating the picture qualities. The result shows that the following are desirble. (1) Double DTL method with low and high frequency DTL signals. (2) Level of each DTL signals should be controled according to lens zoom position. (3) Non-linear process for DTL signals.
