A Conditional Entropy Coded Tree Structured Vector Quantizer for Video Coding
In this paper, we propose a conditional entropy coded tree-structured vector quantizer for video coding, which efficiently exploits interblock correlation on motion compensated error images. Simulation results show that performance improvement by the proposed high-order encoding method is remarkable even with very low additional complexity.
