Basic Elements of ATSC Mobile DTV

An overview of the layered structure of the ATSC Mobile DTV system is presented. This paper is intended to be introductory only. Detailed explanations are in other sources. However, all of the system elements are mentioned, both existing protocols that have been adopted, and new features that are unique to the system.
