Management of Audio Samples in Digital Television Recording
In a previous paper, Mr. Gibson points out potential problems arising from the choice of various audio sampling rates in digital television recording. In this paper I will speak of potential solutions to them. Most are not tried and proven solutions, but are the kind of thing I would try if given the task. I will mention some new problems.
