HDTV Production: A Low-Cost Transition Option
The production system and associated plan for transition to HDTV adopted by terrestrial broadcasters in the U.S. must function within certain bounds. This article discusses some of the practical problems that can be encountered in implementing a transition plan and offers a low-cost transition option.
