Digital Telecommunications for Digital Audio/Visual Production
Digital techniques are becoming prevalent in audio and video production. Telephone techniques are similarly evolving. Audio and video professionals are faced with learning new communications terms and techniques. This article is intended as a beginner's guide to digital telephone terminology, with examples drawn from Entertainment Digital Network's (EDnet's) use of this type of terrestrial telecommunications.
