Video HDTV, Film and Print

This paper will first look at the traditional applications in the areas of video, HDTV, film and print, and how they are historically inter-related. The technological advances of each will then be studied, and the trends in inter-discipline relationships examined from a technical stand point. — The creative aspects of mixing media will then be discussed, and the advantages and pitfalls looked at in some detail. — Finally an extrapolation of current trends will be carried out, and illustrations of what is possible today, and tomorrow, will conclude the presentation.
