Basic Elements of ATSC Mobile DTV
An overview of the layered structure of the ATSC Mobile DTV system is presented. This paper is intended to be an introduction; detailed explanations of the technology are available from other sources. All of the mobile DTV system elements are mentioned, including existing protocols that have been adapted for mobile/handheld use, and new features that are unique to the system.
