Progress in Standardization of Digital TV
The SMPTE Motion Imaging Journal has reported frequently on standardization activities for transmission of digital TV. This report has been jointly prepared by the leaders of ATSC and DVB to mark the creation of the FOBTV initiative, which brings together not just ATSC and DVB but also many other organizations from around the world with an active interest in digital TV.
