Section Meetings

The Hollywood Section held a second meeting for the month of May in the Linwood Dunn Theater at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences' (AMPAS's) Pickford Center for Motion Picture Study on May 31, titled “Digital Imaging with LEDs, More (or Less) Than Meets the Eye.” It was, in part, a review of the fundamentals of white light created from light-emitting diode (LED) sources, including trichromatic and pumped phosphor systems.
