2014 Update on Displays

Halfway through 2014, there is considerable turmoil in the world of displays. Worldwide shipments of televisions have declined an average of 3% per year for the past two years, and prices have plummeted to an average of $10 per diagonal inch for liquid crystal display (LCD) TVs up to 60 in.
