Another Fantastic Annual Technical Conference [Message from the Executive Director]
It's our first day back in the office after a week in Hollywood, and what a week it was! The event started off on Monday, 20 October, with the SMPTE Symposium, this year produced by our colleagues at the HPA (Hollywood Post Alliance). Being the representatives of the creative community, the HPA produced a first-rate program, placed in the El Capitan Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard. The theater marquis displayed the SMPTE and HPA brands, highlighting a full day packed with programming and live demonstrations. This was truly a sight to see!
