Section Meetings

Washington, D.C. September 2018 The Washington, D.C., Section continued a tradition of sorts by conducting its September meeting jointly with the George Mason University (GMU) Student Section. The program, which took place on 20 September, featured a look at some of the long history of video production switchers and digital video effects generation. The session was conducted at the school’s Fairfax, Va., campus television facility and got under way at 7:00 p.m. with refreshments and a time for networking among attendees.
