The Changing State of Work(Flow) in 2021

“To workflow: the cause of and solution to all of life’s problems!” Borrowing from Homer Simpson at his finest, I once toasted my colleagues at the end of a long day during my tenure as a workflow supervisor with this phrase. Among us, we had a smattering of improvised vessels to hold our whisky—paper cups, actual glasses, even a few coffee-stained mugs—to further illustrate our ability to “make it work” no matter what.
