Report from the Video Services Forum (VSF)
One of the activities within the Video Services Forum is the creation of Technical Recommendations in response to industry needs. These Technical Recommendations, in many cases, expand and build upon SMPTE, the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), and other standards to create new functionality. This promotes an open playing field where interoperability is assured while leaving space for innovation.
